My approach is…
highly collaborative, focuses on your needs through a Critical Race Theory lens, and centers social justice-related outcomes. There is no one-fits-all solution, particularly for issues caused by structural and systemic racism. What I strive to do is help you mitigate some of the harm being inflicted on marginalized groups of people, recognizing that social justice is an ongoing project towards racial, economic, and social equity.
